Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager in Store Planning to join this dynamic, innovative team focused on customer proximity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing new build and renovation projects across various scales, ranging from compact sales areas starting around 4 m² to larger undertakings, ensuring compliance with corporate design standards throughout implementation.
- Create and update shop layouts, shelving plans, and all relevant project documentation, maintaining accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Support procurement and coordination of furniture and fixtures, aligning with internal teams and external partners.
- Plan resources and timelines in close cooperation with sales teams, monitor project progress, and manage key deadlines.
- Coordinate collaboration among internal departments, external service providers, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth communication and workflow.
- Ensure all planning and execution steps adhere to corporate design guidelines, contributing to a consistent branding and appearance at all locations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably supplemented with an additional professional qualification, or an equivalent credential.
- Some professional experience, ideally in store planning, retail construction, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with project management software like Jira or similar tools is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of project management and solid grasp of planning and coordination processes.
- Confident, personable, and genuine manner combined with strong communication skills.
- Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented approach with an ability to work independently.
- High level of teamwork capability and enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse internal and external contacts.
