Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager at Kumar Shirts located in Shivajinagar, Bengaluru, you will play a key role in supporting store operations, driving sales, and managing the team to ensure the store runs efficiently on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to boost sales and provide excellent service
- Oversee and assign daily tasks to staff members
- Maintain stock levels and ensure attractive product displays
- Assist with billing processes and cash handling
- Contribute to the smooth execution of daily store operations
Candidate Requirements
- Basic skills in team management and sales
