Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Territory Manager is responsible for achieving personal sales goals by adhering to the specified sales process. Key tasks include supporting the maintenance and updating of the assigned territory's school list, customizing client proposals, and participating in public relations events to promote the company's interests. This role also involves serving as a group instructor during camps and programs, providing around-the-clock support to both team members and clients, and diligently maintaining various records and files. Ensuring compliance with all current and future policies is mandatory.
