Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute superior visual merchandising strategies aligned with seasonal events and brand standards.
- Provide guidance and support to in-store visual merchandising teams, nurturing strong working relationships to maintain high display standards.
- Evaluate merchandising effectiveness by measuring sales impact and compiling weekly performance reports for regional teams, including photographic evidence and detailed commentary.
- Ensure consistent application of brand-specific seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across all stores.
- Coordinate in-store visual merchandising team participation in brand training sessions and workshops to enhance skill sets and performance.
