Job Overview

As a Starbucks Barista, you will be integral to the store's daily operation—preparing handcrafted beverages, connecting with customers, and fostering a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Each shift offers the chance to brighten a customer's day through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality handcrafted beverages in line with Starbucks standards
• Engage warmly with customers to build positive relationships
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Schedule & Locations

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays with premium pay on holiday shifts
• Stores located in Miami Beach, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Wellington, Marathon, West Palm Beach, and Delray

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in guest service or retail
