About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Barista to join a prominent High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted for 35 hours weekly. This role involves crafting expertly blended drinks and delivering outstanding service to customers. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food that exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area at all times.
• Handle transactions including cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
• Manage inventory of clean mugs, plates, and related supplies.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of brewing techniques, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation.
• Inspect and report on the condition of brewing equipment and request maintenance as needed.
• Uphold Costa's positive brand image through professional conduct.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and handling standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
