  • Map and document end-to-end business processes using tools such as MS Visio to support process understanding and improvement.
  • Analyze and visualize data through Excel—leveraging pivot tables, lookup functions, and data cleansing—and build dashboards and reports with Power BI.
  • Create and deliver clear, professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 suite tools.
  • Compile meeting materials including project trackers, minutes, pre-reading documents, and action follow-ups for leadership and team meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify issues, and collaboratively develop appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain well-organized, version-controlled document libraries utilizing SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, managing access and structuring folders for efficient navigation.
  • Ensure that all documentation and standard operating procedures meet organizational and client-quality standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts, particularly within HR and shared services environments.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and time management to collaborate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination, business or data analysis, or process improvement roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Solid experience using MS Visio for process mapping and documentation purposes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS/ERP platforms such as PeopleSoft and Workday is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize and independently manage tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and comprehensive process documentation.
