Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in B2B sales to join our team. Candidates should have between 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and be proficient in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, corporate sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential business leads.
- Acquire new corporate clients through effective outreach.
- Arrange meetings to understand client hiring demands.
- Successfully close sales deals and meet targets.
Working Schedule
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly holidays include all Sundays and the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays.
