Role Overview
A prestigious Private Bank is inviting candidates for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM), aimed at fresh graduates and those with up to one year of experience seeking to establish themselves in the banking and financial services field. Selected individuals will receive professional banking training and will be appointed as Sales Officers in various locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers to assess their banking needs.
- Generate new sales leads through proactive field activities.
- Promote and sell the bank's range of products and services.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Travel within designated city areas as necessary to support business development efforts.
Candidate Eligibility
- Graduates from any discipline, completed full-time.
- Experience level ranging from no experience to up to one year.
- Age preferably below 27 years, ideally between 24 to 25 years.
- Strong verbal communication and aptitude for handling customers.
- A keen interest in sales, coupled with a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to travel across the assigned city and adaptability regarding work location.
Compensation and Benefits
- An annual salary package of approximately INR 270,000.
- Additional incentives around INR 15,000.
