Job Overview

As a Cake Decorator, your primary responsibility will be to create and prepare high-quality bakery items for customers. You will interact directly with customers at the service counter and assist in moving merchandise to the sales floor. Maintaining excellent food safety standards and cleanliness is essential for success in this role.

Compensation and Scheduling

The position offers an hourly wage between $17 and $30, ensuring compliance with the minimum wage requirements of the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. In certain scenarios, premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be applicable based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed. Multiple premiums can be combined if criteria are met. Full-time employment is available with shifts in the opening and morning hours.
