Overview

From our control room in Beerse, you will oversee the safety and security of Johnson & Johnson operations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Role Summary

As a Call Agent in our control room, you will remotely ensure the protection of our client Johnson & Johnson. While the world outside continues, you maintain control and act decisively when it matters most. You serve as the calm voice and swift decision-maker during emergencies.

Key Duties

• Constantly observe alarm systems, responding immediately to notifications of intrusion, fire, or technical faults.
• Assess incident severity upon alarm activation and promptly engage appropriate emergency services or technicians.
• Provide reassurance and practical solutions to clients calling in distress.
• Collaborate closely with external agencies and security personnel on-site to resolve situations safely.
• Accurately document incidents to ensure all parties have complete information.

Candidate Profile

You bring at least five years of pertinent experience in security or related roles. You exhibit strong discipline in following stringent safety procedures where attention to detail is crucial. Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. You possess proficient computer skills and quickly adapt to new software.

In addition, you remain composed under pressure, especially when handling multiple alarms simultaneously, and you can prioritize effectively. Willingness to work in a continuous shift system is necessary. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential. You have strong technical aptitude, analytical skills for quick situational assessment, and independent decision-making as per protocol.

Mandatory Requirements

You must satisfy legal conditions to work in this sector, holding Belgian nationality or citizenship from the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom.
