This position is for a chat support professional working remotely for a software company. The role focuses on helping customers through written communication and ensuring they get quick, accurate support for order-related and promotional issues.
What you will do
- Respond to customer questions through live chat, and when needed, via email or social channels.
- Guide users in locating and using coupon codes, promotional offers, and available deals.
- Troubleshoot problems such as invalid or expired coupons.
- Help customers with cashback-related concerns when tracking does not reflect correctly.

Compensation
The listed pay range is INR 2,75,000 to INR 4,75,000 per year.
