Role Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming duties thoroughly.
• Ensure cleanliness in elevators, lounges, laundry, and fitness rooms.
• Clean tenant units after vacancies, including bathrooms and kitchens (ovens and refrigerators).
• Carry out snow removal tasks during winter months.
• Undertake additional duties as necessary to maintain a safe and appealing environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Capability to lift items up to 20 kg, including trash bags and cleaning equipment.
• Dependability with a focus on detail and adherence to safe work practices.
• Strong communication skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities.
