Role Overview
Based full-time in Singapore, the Client Partner, Enterprise, will nurture strategic partnerships with senior executives, grasp their business priorities, and collaboratively address complicated leadership, culture, and organizational performance issues. The role demands a consultative style to uncover opportunities, craft customized solutions, and forge enduring relationships that yield quantifiable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand strategic enterprise accounts by establishing trusted relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers.
- Analyze clients' business strategies, priorities, and challenges to discover opportunities for partnerships.
- Lead consultative discussions to co-develop tailored solutions that align FranklinCovey’s leadership and organizational capabilities with client needs.
- Manage the entire sales process including qualifying leads, designing solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and securing contracts.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure top-notch implementation, client satisfaction, and measurable impact.
- Formulate strategic account plans to grow existing partnerships and drive sustainable revenue increases.
- Coordinate internal resources for efficient and effective delivery of complex engagements.
- Monitor engagement progress, manage expectations, and preemptively address risks for successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM discipline to support strategic business planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or consulting with proven success in expanding strategic client relationships.
- Strong consulting background with the ability to diagnose organizational problems and create outcome-oriented solutions.
- Track record of engaging effectively with C-suite executives, senior leaders, and business or HR stakeholders in complex B2B sales contexts.
- Exceptional commercial insight managing complex sales cycles and consistently meeting revenue goals.
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience handling multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring client project success.
- Superior communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation expertise, capable of confidently addressing executive-level audiences.
- Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable, with proven ability to work seamlessly in hybrid, cross-functional environments.
- Experience in leadership or organizational development, talent management, HR consulting, or professional services is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of enterprise learning, organizational transformation, leadership development, or change management solutions is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Business, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines.
