Role overview
This opportunity is for a Construction Scheduler supporting a hyper-scale advanced manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho. The role focuses on creating, maintaining, and refining construction schedules for the general contractor on the project.
Key duties
- Develop and update project schedules for the general contractor.
- Manage construction scheduling activities for a large industrial/commercial build.
- Work with complex schedules containing roughly 3,000 to 5,000 activities per individual schedule.
Required background
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction scheduling on large industrial or commercial projects.
- Prior experience working for either a general contractor or subcontractor.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
Preferred background
- A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related engineering field is preferred.
Work details
This is a contract assignment expected to last 1 to 2 years, with a potential full-time opportunity afterward. The pay rate is $40 to $55 per hour depending on experience and education. The schedule is approximately 50 hours per week, typically in 10-hour shifts.
