About the Role
Join KPMG Canada as a Contract Specialist within the Contingent Labour Office (CLO), tasked with facilitating seamless engagement of external resources to meet client and project requirements. This role supports operational excellence across all Canadian locations by managing external workforce processes from onboarding to contract completion while continually improving internal workflows, technology, and documentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and advisory services to Hiring Managers for engaging external resources effectively.
- Utilize technology to enhance user experience and optimize CLO operations and resource management.
- Manage case files by facilitating intake with senior stakeholders, conducting due diligence, and maintaining documentation within the vendor management system.
- Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and respond to inquiries promptly, acting as a trusted subject-matter expert.
- Lead and contribute to process improvements including SOP maintenance, training, policy updates, and compliance assurance.
Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of case management experience, preferably related to contract labor or contingent workforce.
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French are preferred, with exceptional verbal and written proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver accurate and timely service, and collaborate across numerous stakeholders including senior leaders and external providers.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement through impact analysis.
- Experience with vendor management systems (such as Flextrack or Beeline) and ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field is required.
Additional Information
This position supports a primarily remote working environment across Canada with occasional office visits (1-2 days monthly). The expected salary range is CAD 55,000 to 82,000 annually, with eligibility for bonuses, depending on location and qualifications.
