Role Overview
The Creative Production Specialist will be pivotal in organizing and producing high-volume digital marketing assets while managing internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Aligned closely with marketing teams globally, this role emphasizes execution, technical accuracy, localization, and brand adherence over concept creation or strategizing.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize WD's internal DAM ensuring technical integrity and global accessibility of assets.
- Manage translation workflows and delivery standards within the creative team for various projects.
- Communicate proactively regarding asset delivery status and completions internally.
- Create and modify design assets through resizing, building, and producing materials supporting worldwide digital campaigns, websites, social media, emails, presentations, events, and partner resources.
- Execute on design work utilizing established brand systems, templates, and guidelines.
- Localize and adapt global creative assets to fit regional market needs while preserving accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to aid campaign rollouts, product launches, and ongoing programs.
- Coordinate with global creative and marketing teams to maintain alignment on specifications, formats, and delivery criteria.
- Manage multiple concurrent design tasks balancing regional priorities with global deadlines.
- Prepare final deliverables that comply with technical specs, localization requirements, accessibility, and platform standards.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently, maintaining high design quality and production pace.
- Keep organized documentation, templates, and files to support scalable and repeatable workflows.
- Stay informed on design tools, production best practices, and platform needs to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Leverage AI tools to augment production processes and output quality.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion, video, or 3D software like After Effects, Premiere, Maya, or Unreal is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, templates, layouts, and production standards.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and global guidelines into polished, region-ready creative assets.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills suited for cross-functional, global teams within a matrixed, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously while delivering quality results.
- Utilization of AI tools integrated into daily production workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated professional design experience focusing on production, execution, and localization within B2B technology or enterprise marketing contexts is preferred.
- Experience supporting international/regional marketing teams, understanding localization workflows and cultural nuances.
- A strong portfolio evidencing execution excellence across digital and marketing channels.
