Role Overview
This position is focused on driving the complete lifecycle of creative projects, ensuring that scope, schedules, deliverables, and brand expectations stay aligned from planning through final delivery. The role works across eLearning designers, graphic designers, copywriters, PPT designers, and client stakeholders in multiple regions and markets.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for coordinating project flow across design, development, review, and handoff stages while ensuring smooth collaboration between all internal and external parties.
- Lead projects from start to finish by setting scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with creative and brand requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including eLearning designers, graphic designers, copywriters, PPT designers, and client stakeholders across geographies.
- Allocate resources thoughtfully and manage team bandwidth to support timely completion of work.
- Monitor output quality to ensure it meets design expectations, instructional accuracy, and brand standards.
- Serve as the main communication point for stakeholders, including handling updates, feedback, and approvals.
- Make sure established workflows, eLearning frameworks, and regional or brand-specific standards are followed consistently.
- Spot delivery risks early and put mitigation plans in place.
- Maintain strong control over schedules, documentation, and quality throughout the project.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality levels, and resource usage.
- Prepare and keep project documentation up to date, including plans, scope documents, learnings, observation notes, and change logs.
- Provide regular status reporting through dashboards and updates.
- Improve execution efficiency by standardizing processes and strengthening project management practices.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations, client engagement, knowledge management, or KPI governance.
- Ability to work on your own with minimal oversight and take initiative proactively.
- Leadership ability with a strong focus on service quality and customer-centric delivery.
- Experience handling large teams of 15 or more members across multiple sites and skill sets.
- Capability to present reports and business information clearly and effectively.
- Hands-on experience with workflow management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or Wrike.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and eLearning frameworks.
- Comfortable balancing creative design coordination with eLearning-related project needs.
