Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to effectively manage client interactions and help improve customer loyalty. This position requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and nurture client relationships to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Engage customers proactively to encourage continued business and build long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales department to identify and act on potential upselling opportunities.
