Job Summary

PROOF is seeking a responsible and professional Customer Service Representative to join their headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering outstanding service that embodies the company's core principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage at least 100 customer communications daily through phone and email.
• Uphold the brand’s reputation by interacting with customers respectfully and thoughtfully.
• Address customer issues with empathy and transparent communication to achieve resolution.
• Monitor and update order statuses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet urgent customer requests promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ experience in customer service, with at least one year in e-commerce preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Richpanel, Shopify, and ShipHero is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal communication and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Ability to work on-site at the Columbus, Ohio facility.

Additional Details

• Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour, with potential increases based on experience.
• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Includes paid time off and holidays.
