About The Role
Holafly is looking to hire a skilled Data Analyst to transform complex multi-channel marketing data into strategic growth opportunities. The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing marketing effectiveness by translating raw data into clear insights that help boost customer acquisition and retention. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing team to analyze the customer journey, optimize advertising budgets, and refine attribution methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to monitor critical KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates across channels such as Paid Social, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Email.
- Create and improve attribution and marketing mix models to accurately reflect the impact of various touchpoints along the customer journey.
- Design, implement, and interpret A/B testing experiments to optimize landing pages, advertisements, and email campaigns for better conversion rates.
- Conduct detailed audience segmentation, using techniques like RFM analysis and churn prediction, to tailor marketing automation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless and accurate data integration from marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and HubSpot into the company data warehouse.
- Serve as a data interpreter for senior marketing leadership, providing actionable advice on how to allocate marketing budgets based on data-driven insights and trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or alternatively Marketing with a strong focus on analytical skills.
- Highly proficient in SQL for effective data modeling and querying.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Looker, Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for tracking and data collection.
- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing comprehensive marketing funnels across all stages (top, middle, bottom).
- Familiarity with APIs and data schemas of marketing platforms such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Deep understanding of various attribution approaches including First-touch, Last-touch, Linear, and Data-driven models.
- Exceptional capability to translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities may rapidly change according to campaign results.
