Data Analyst

About the Role

Safe-Guard Products International is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, GA, working on a hybrid schedule (Monday through Thursday). This position is exempt under FLSA guidelines. The successful candidate will engage in various analytical activities including extracting data from multiple systems via advanced SQL queries, crafting enterprise-class data models, developing innovative Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, collaborating with business units to pinpoint analytical opportunities, delivering detailed analyses to inform business choices, and regularly updating stakeholders. This role supports the organization’s top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical analysis to facilitate informed decisions across claims, sales, and other departments.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design ETL pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources into comprehensive models.
• Develop enterprise-wide reporting solutions using Power BI and similar BI tools.
• Create scalable systems for distributing reports to clients externally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields is preferred.
• Strong command of SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI platforms.
• Prior exposure to Artificial Intelligence applications is advantageous.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
