Responsibilities

• Become part of Mercor’s BI Analyst Talent Network, enabling matching with companies seeking BI talent.
• Execute SQL queries and perform sophisticated data analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Develop data visualizations utilizing platforms like Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate findings.
• Assist with initiatives involving data modeling and data warehousing to enhance organizational data infrastructure.
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes across various organizational levels.
• Engage in AI-powered opportunity matching for diverse roles: full-time, part-time, or project-based.
• Complete an AI-conducted interview as part of the eligibility process for fitting job listings.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional background in business intelligence or data analytics fields.
• Strong command of SQL and advanced querying techniques.
• Proficient in visual analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data warehousing principles.
• Capability to support and promote decisions driven by data insights.
