About You
The Digital Designer role demands a versatile practitioner comfortable working across multiple brand.ai touchpoints including brand and graphic design, web and product interfaces, production visuals, social media, editorial content, and motion graphics. This hands-on creative position requires speed without sacrificing quality and the flexibility to handle diverse design formats. Reporting to the Creative Director and embedded within the brand and creative team, the designer will produce daily deliverables that represent brand.ai's identity across all platforms. This opportunity suits a designer with a broad skill set and refined aesthetic, eager to influence how a brand-driven company presents itself consistently everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Create on-brand graphics and assets for campaigns, presentations, and collateral materials.
- Design web pages, marketing materials, and product-adjacent visuals where branding intersects product design.
- Maintain high production standards and adapt assets seamlessly across different formats.
- Develop social media and editorial content reflecting the company's cultural stance and voice.
- Incorporate motion design elements to enhance and animate visual content where appropriate.
- Contribute to evolving and applying the brand.ai visual system throughout all output.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in digital design with a portfolio showing diverse work including brand identity, web, production design, and social media content.
- Strong foundations in graphic and brand design with a keen eye for detail and good taste.
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong production design skills, emphasizing precision, organization, and consistency across various outputs.
- Motion design experience with After Effects or comparable tools is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in startup environments and willingness to handle multiple design responsibilities simultaneously.
