Position Overview
The Digital Media Coordinator role focuses on supporting paid search campaign execution and optimization. This role is suited for individuals who are analytical, detail-focused, and eager to expand their skills in digital performance marketing within a dynamic agency setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of biddable paid media starting with paid search and gradually including paid social and display advertising.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports encompassing all paid media channels.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign operations.
- Continuously analyze and monitor paid search and display campaigns to enhance and scale them aligned with client objectives.
- Manage the build, launch, optimization, and maintenance of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, and Facebook.
- Conduct ad copy testing and banner ad experiments to boost campaign outcomes.
- Perform keyword, placement, and market research for campaign improvements and expansions.
- Carry out quality assurance on campaign setup and post-launch assessments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Certifications in Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, DoubleClick, and Bing are advantageous.
- Experience with bulk uploads and familiarity with Google Ads Editor.
- Ability to construct fundamental campaign structures within major ad platforms.
- Strong skills in extracting reports and delivering high-level performance insights.
- Proficient in data review and problem-solving techniques.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and chart creation.
- Passion for learning and career advancement in digital marketing.
