Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage medical cashless and reimbursement claims efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with TAT requirements and perform quality assurance on claims.
• Manage grievances related to claims and coordinate updates on claim statuses to relevant stakeholders.
• Distribute claims assignments and monitor productivity levels within the team.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation in any academic discipline is mandatory.
• Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with various departments.
• Basic understanding of medical claims processing is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a target-oriented work setting.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range is INR 45,000 to 50,000. This position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and requires physical presence at the workplace.
