Position Overview

Join W Hotels in Doha as a Driver responsible for transporting guests safely to and from designated locations using the property vehicle. The role involves thorough documentation of trips, vehicle inspection, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the vehicle's cleanliness and safety at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between assigned destinations utilizing hotel vehicles.
• Record trip details before commencement and after completion for accurate documentation.
• Park vehicles in assigned areas and ensure they are kept clean and free from damage.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor tire pressure and fluid levels, refueling vehicles when necessary.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management with proper documentation.
• Maintain a professional and clean personal appearance and adhere to company policies at all times.
• Engage courteously with guests, including those with disabilities, anticipating and meeting service needs.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers via electronic devices such as two-way radios.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with team members.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and complete safety training as required.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 pounds alone, over 75 pounds with assistance), and moving safely across various surfaces and stairs.
• Fulfill other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience or supervisory experience necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is mandatory.
