Position Overview
We are offering a full-time permanent opportunity based at our Bathurst depot for an experienced HR Driver to perform vital waste collection services across the region. This role includes early morning starts between 4-5am, with possibilities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate collection vehicles safely including rear lift, hook lift, and front lift trucks.
- Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections of vehicles and equipment when necessary.
- Uphold a professional company image and provide exceptional customer service consistently.
- Adhere to established systems, standards, and procedures when interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
- Comply with all applicable Fatigue Management protocols, regulations, and training requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a minimum HR licence.
- Maintain physical fitness to handle the manual aspects of the job, which can be physically demanding.
- Be flexible in availability to meet schedule demands.
- Demonstrate a Zero Harm safety focus.
- Exhibit reliability, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
