We specialize in quality healthcare, wellness, and skincare products through partnerships with leading domestic and international brands, as well as public sector companies like BPCL and IOC.

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive E-Commerce Executive to oversee our e-commerce platform, manage digital marketing initiatives, and handle online order processing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal website functionality, enhancing online sales performance, and liaising with various teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings, categories, pricing, and website content.
• Track and reduce the number of abandoned shopping carts to improve customer purchase rates.
• Generate and analyze reports related to product performance, sales, and purchases.
• Collaborate with the technical team to manage website updates, redesign projects, and address server issues.
• Design, run, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Ads.
• Manage cash on delivery orders and coordinate shipping logistics through Shiprocket.
• Ensure smooth daily website operations and work closely with other departments to improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms, Meta Ads, Shiprocket, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical capability, excellent organizational skills, and clear communication.

Work Conditions

• Location: Vile Parle West, Mumbai
• Reporting to: Senior Manager – Merchandising
• Work Hours: 9.5 hours per day
• Work Days: 6 days per week
• Compensation: According to company standards
