E-Commerce Telecalling and Customer Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Telecalling Executive to join our Ahmedabad-based team. This part-time position involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls to boost e-commerce sales, manage order deliveries, verify return cases (RTO), and gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and potential customers, addressing product queries and promoting additional products to increase sales.
• Manage Return to Origin processes by confirming Cash on Delivery orders, verifying delivery information, and reattempting non-delivered shipments to minimize returns.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to collect feedback, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed daily reports in the CRM or database documenting call results, order confirmations, and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background ranging from 12th pass, diploma holders, graduates, or undergraduates with relevant experience.
• At least six months of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, customer support, or e-commerce operations.
• Proficiency in English and regional languages such as Gujarati or Hindi for effective communication.
• Excellent persuasion and active listening skills with a target-focused attitude.
• Basic computer literacy.

Working Hours and Compensation

• Part-time role with shift timings from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Fixed monthly salary ranging between 10000 and 14000 INR.
