About the Role

Beyond Code Academy focuses on delivering high-quality edtech learning experiences. In this position, you will support learners who may be starting without any programming background and help them progress toward proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet the performance targets related to sales, student support, and learner care.
• Plan and manage your day so that calls and scheduled meetings are completed on time.
• Look after the organisation’s social media channels.
• Assist both students and teachers with the support they need.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Thai are essential; English is an added advantage.
• Good relationship-building and interpersonal abilities are important for this role.
• Interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, social media, and innovation is preferred.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is needed.
• Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be considered an advantage.
