Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead cloud-native product development efforts for our DaVinci Data Engine platform at our Bangalore office (ITC Green Centre, Banaswadi). This role calls for leadership of engineering teams, fostering engineering excellence, and developing scalable SaaS products using contemporary cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product engineering teams focused on cloud-native SaaS development.
- Drive agile methodologies and enforce best engineering practices across teams.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
- Partner extensively with product leadership to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Execute cloud-native strategies using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Mentor engineers to cultivate innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Over 15 years of experience in software product development.
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience managing engineering teams.
- Strong background in cloud-native SaaS platforms.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Practical knowledge of at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid expertise in Agile processes and effective stakeholder management.
Eligibility
Open to candidates holding Any Graduate degree, B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Business System, or Information Technology.
