Engineering Operations Engineer

Job summary

This position is for an experienced engineer who will help keep large infrastructure systems running effectively. The role focuses on technical assistance, tracking how operations are performing, coordinating across engineering functions, and supporting smooth service delivery on complex projects.

Core responsibilities

• Track day-to-day operational performance and spot areas where results can be improved.
• Act as a technical resource for internal departments and project stakeholders.
• Review engineering-related data and turn it into clear performance reports.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to keep activities aligned.
• Diagnose technical problems and contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
• Keep technical logs, records, and project files accurate and up to date.
• Make sure work follows engineering standards and HSE requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure work or engineering operations.
• Strong ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
