Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Executive Communications Manager to lead the strategic communication efforts for senior executives and leadership teams. Responsibilities include devising executive messaging, managing communication both internally and externally, enhancing leadership visibility, and ensuring communications are consistent, genuine, and impactful reflecting the organization's vision, values, and strategic direction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and execute executive communication strategies, frameworks, and plans that resonate with organizational goals, corporate identity, and leadership priorities.
  • Work directly with executive leaders to produce speeches, presentations, town hall meeting content, briefings, leadership announcements, opinion pieces, video scripts, social media posts, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with teams in corporate communications, marketing, PR, HR, investor relations, legal, corporate affairs, business units, and executive leadership to ensure messaging consistency across channels.
  • Oversee executive communication schedules, prioritize messaging, prepare leaders for media interactions and public appearances, manage conferences, internal events, and strategic communication projects.
  • Track key performance indicators such as employee engagement, leadership communication impact, media coverage, executive profile visibility, audience interaction, message uptake, communication quality, and stakeholder sentiment.
  • Develop communication plans for organizational change, crisis situations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate initiatives, and key leadership announcements while ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, briefing notes, communication calendars, and strategic advice for senior leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop communications staff, content creators, and collaborative partners promoting a culture of integrity, innovation, accountability, and continuous growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, English, Corporate Communications, or related disciplines preferred.
  • Master’s degree or certifications in Corporate Communications, PR, Strategic Communications, Change Management or similar fields considered advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years in executive, corporate, or public relations communications roles.
  • At least 2 years supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in enterprise communication strategies is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of executive communications, leadership messaging, speechwriting, internal communications, media relations, change communication, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and reputation management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, presentation development, and content strategy skills with adaptability for various audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, CMS, collaboration tools, social media management, communication analytics, and presentation software.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted content development, digital communications, executive branding, employee engagement platforms, multimedia storytelling, and social media strategies for executives is a plus.
