Description de l'emploi
Company overview
Dietrich Security Solutions, Inc. is a confidential security provider focused on discreet, low-visibility protection for people, organizations, and assets that need a higher level of privacy and care. Its services include executive protection, secure travel support, residential and event coverage, surveillance, and risk evaluation, with solutions customized to fit smoothly into each client’s routine and environment.
The organization relies on well-trained professionals who work with professionalism, restraint, and strong awareness of their surroundings to spot, report, and reduce risks before they become serious. Its priorities include confidentiality, readiness, and client privacy while helping safeguard the movement and day-to-day activities of high-net-worth individuals, public figures, corporate executives, and other assigned clients.
Role overview
The Executive Protection Agent will work on-site to provide discreet personal protection, secure transportation support, travel coordination, and operational readiness for an assigned Principal. The top priority in this role is the Principal’s safety and protection.
What the role involves
- Accompany the Principal between homes, airports, aircraft, vehicles, hotels, meetings, events, and other destinations while maintaining strong awareness of surroundings and applying appropriate security measures.
- Observe the Principal’s environment during travel, ground transport, hotel transitions, private aviation operations, and public-facing activity, and respond to possible safety, security, logistical, or operational issues.
- Support advance planning and travel preparation by coordinating with drivers, aviation crews, hotel teams, destination staff, travel personnel, and other support contacts to enable safe and efficient movement.
- Help with pre-departure checks, tracking travel items, and coordinating protective logistics so essential belongings, luggage, medical supplies, emergency gear, work materials, and sensitive items stay secure, available, and accounted for.
- Assist with airport operations, private aviation movement, ground transportation, hotel arrivals, accommodation changes, and return travel while keeping a protective mindset and remaining ready to act.
- Provide limited travel-related assistance when needed, as long as it does not distract from the core duty of protecting the Principal.
- Maintain a professional, low-profile presence, adjust quickly to changing conditions, communicate clearly with relevant personnel, and support the safety, privacy, and operational goals of each assignment.
- Be prepared for long shifts, overnight stays, domestic and international travel, irregular schedules, and itinerary-driven flexibility.
Qualifications and preferred background
LEOSA / HR 218 eligibility is strongly preferred and treated as a critical qualification. Ideal candidates are former law enforcement officers who left service in good standing after at least 10 years of combined law enforcement service, or who separated because of a service-connected disability after completing any applicable probationary period.
Military experience involving security, protective operations, force protection, executive protection, protective driving, surveillance detection, access control, or similar security training is also strongly preferred.
Candidates should bring strong situational awareness, sound protective judgment, and the ability to identify, communicate, and react to potential safety, security, logistical, or operational issues in real time.
Experience or formal training in executive protection, secure transport, route planning, airport operations, private aviation support, hotel movements, and public-facing security settings is highly relevant.
The role requires consistent focus on the Principal’s safety, security, privacy, and protection as the top responsibility at all times, along with the ability to manage protective logistics, secure movement planning, route coordination, access control, and operational support across residential, corporate, travel, and public environments.
Strong coordination and communication skills are needed to work professionally with drivers, aviation staff, hotel personnel, destination teams, travel support staff, and other partners.
Applicants must be able to keep track of critical items, emergency supplies, medical items, luggage, work materials, sensitive materials, and other entrusted property when assignments require it.
Discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, good judgment, and a service-oriented approach are essential, especially when handling private information, schedules, movements, locations, and sensitive materials.
Applicants should remain calm, flexible, and professional during extended travel, changing conditions, irregular hours, and dynamic environments, and be able to work independently or as part of a team while following company policies, executive protection protocols, lawful instructions, and assignment-specific requirements.
Additional requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any licenses, certifications, or credentials required for the assignment.
