Experiences Design Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Experience Design Specialist to spearhead the creation, execution, testing, and ongoing enhancement of experience programs for parents and children. These programs focus on essential domains such as Early Stimulation, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Cultural Immersion, and the Journey Through Parenthood. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, external experts, and the community to develop engaging, evidence-based, and impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and innovate experience programs tailored for children and their parents.
• Develop engaging, age-suitable content, activities, and delivery approaches.
• Manage collaborations with experts, vendors, and community organizations.
• Lead prototyping, testing phases, and continuous refinement of experience offerings.
• Oversee implementation, assess outcomes, and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from parents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Support initiatives aimed at community engagement and expand satellite networks.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in fields such as Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social Work, or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years of experience in designing and delivering early childhood programs.
• Proven expertise in parent engagement, community programs, and managing partnerships.
• Experience in program evaluation, testing, and iterative improvement processes.
• Familiarity with early childhood regulations and best practices in the UAE is advantageous.
