Position Overview
Are you driven to inspire transformation? Join our team as a Facilitator, where you'll deliver dynamic workshops, cultural education, and career programs designed to empower Aboriginal youth. You'll work within schools and community settings, developing meaningful relationships and providing impactful sessions that help young people build confidence, discover new opportunities, and achieve their aspirations.
Work Environment and Benefits
This is a full-time position based in Gosford, operating Monday through Friday. The role offers a supportive team atmosphere, a competitive salary, and access to a pool vehicle to facilitate travel for work-related activities. Most importantly, you will engage in purposeful work that supports Aboriginal youth in developing skills and confidence for better futures.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
You will be responsible for delivering culturally safe and respectful programs, maintaining strong communication and relationship-building with community members. The role requires experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or community programs. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. A current driver's license and willingness to obtain any necessary clearances are essential.
