Fire and Safety Trainer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Safety Trainer to join our team at St. Joseph's International Fire and Safety Academy in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive fire safety and emergency response training to employees, enhancing workplace safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training sessions on fire safety and emergency response protocols.
• Educate staff on the proper use of fire extinguishers, hydrants, and evacuation procedures.
• Coordinate and execute mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Create training materials and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
• Maintain documentation related to training records and compliance requirements.
• Assist in fire risk assessments and carry out safety inspections.
• Raise awareness and promote fire safety practices within the workplace.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a diploma or degree in Fire & Safety or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years experience in fire and safety roles.
• In-depth knowledge of firefighting equipment, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, and instructional abilities.
• Preferred certifications include NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or Train-the-Trainer credentials.

Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
