Role Overview

The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping activities efficiently to ensure smooth operation flow.
• Assist managers in upholding high standards of service quality.
• Oversee team performance and operational processes on the floor.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, replenishing room supplies as needed.
• Clean bathrooms and restock bathroom amenities regularly.
• Organize and tidy guests' belongings during room cleaning procedures.
• Ensure that all quality assurance standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain cleanliness of hotel corridors and public areas.
• Communicate maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering department.
• Engage with guests professionally, providing assistance when required.
