Job Overview

Allto Construction is seeking a seasoned Foreman to become an integral part of our expanding workforce. This role involves leadership and oversight in excavation and site servicing projects.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of experience as a Foreman specifically in excavation and site servicing.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and boost productivity.
• Capable of managing employees across junior to senior levels with confidence.
• Proficient in reading construction plans and operating Trimble GPS equipment on site.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent reporting abilities.
• Demonstrates a safety-first mindset in all job responsibilities.
