With an in-house manufacturing facility and an expanding product range, we are growing our formulation team to meet rising production demands.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Formulation Executive holding a B.Pharm degree to become part of our manufacturing formulation team. In this hands-on production-floor position, you will be accountable for the precise and consistent implementation of established product formulations across our personal care and wellness lines. Your focus will be on maintaining batch quality, process discipline, and achieving accurate outcomes every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out batch production of personal care items such as sanitizers, face washes, roll-ons, sprays and other related products according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
• Guarantee uniform quality and yield throughout all production batches.
• Perform in-process inspections and fundamental quality assessments at every stage of manufacturing.
• Keep comprehensive and accurate batch documentation including BMR, Batch Production Records (BPR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
• Liaise with the Quality Control team to facilitate batch release and address any non-conformance issues.
• Oversee weighing, dispensing, and handling of raw materials, including essential oils and herbal extracts.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and maintain cleanliness on the production floor.
• Assist with minor formulation modifications during scaling up or raw material substitutions under supervision.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is mandatory.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in formulation or production roles within personal care, cosmetics, FMCG, Ayurvedic, or pharmaceutical manufacturing settings.
• Practical knowledge of batch manufacturing procedures, weighing/dispensing processes, and in-process quality checks.
• Understanding of GMP guidelines and familiarity with production documentation protocols.
• Ability to rigorously follow SOPs and promptly report deviations.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Lucknow.

Preferred Expertise

• Experience working with natural or organic ingredients like essential oils, herbal extracts, and plant-based actives.
• Knowledge of cosmetic or Ayurvedic regulatory frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-oriented approach to work.
