Position Overview
Our role extends beyond facilitating seamless guest check-ins and check-outs. We strive to create an unforgettable and distinctive guest experience. As a Guest Experience Expert, you'll take initiative by offering a broad array of services to assist guests throughout their stay, empowered to move freely and fulfill necessary tasks. Whether managing operational needs, handling guest requests, preparing reports, or sharing local highlights, this role makes transactions an integral part of the overall experience.
Key Expectations
Success in any position here requires maintaining a safe working environment, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, protecting confidentiality and company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Experience Experts should expect to be physically active—standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods—and capable of performing hands-on activities such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing these duties effectively, along with any other reasonable tasks assigned, is essential to delivering excellence for our guests and business continuously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Completion of high school or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Work Experience: No prior relevant experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- Licenses or Certifications: Not necessary.
