About the Role

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer skilled in HTML and CSS to join a client team on a contract basis. This remote position involves designing and maintaining responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring they work seamlessly across different browsers and devices. You will collaborate closely with design teams, transforming visual mockups into fully functional front-end elements while adhering to design precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain front-end web components utilizing HTML, CSS, and associated technologies.
• Guarantee compatibility across browsers and implement responsive layouts adaptable to various screen sizes.
• Work alongside design teams to deliver pixel-perfect UI implementations.
• Enhance front-end performance and maintain accessibility standards.
• Engage in code reviews and uphold coding best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong command of HTML and CSS with emphasis on semantic markup usage.
• Experience applying responsive design concepts and mobile-first development strategies.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS, or frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of browser developer tools and debugging methods.
• Capability to translate designs from tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalents into code.
