About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to become part of our dynamic milk processing facility in Raleigh. This full-time role involves collaborative effort within a supportive team environment, focused on producing quality dairy products and efficient operation of machinery.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Operate manufacturing machinery with attention to maintaining product quality and safety standards.
- Maintain awareness of food production processes and adhere strictly to hygiene and workplace safety protocols.
- Demonstrate mechanical understanding and strong problem-solving capabilities to address operational issues promptly.
- Efficiently manage time and meet production deadlines, while following established procedures with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit proficiency in literacy and numeracy required for accurate completion of order and production documentation.
- Take initiative and pride in quality work output while embodying the company's core values: Authenticity, Agility, Diversity, and Connection.
- Be willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and pass pre-employment medical assessments, including drug and alcohol screening.
