Position Overview
Join Crossing Hurdles as a Fullstack Developer working remotely on a full-time basis. The annual salary range for this role is between $230,000 and $280,000.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend APIs utilizing Python and the FastAPI framework.
- Build and enhance frontend user interfaces leveraging React, Next.js, and TypeScript technologies.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and AI agents into the platform, including developing feedback mechanisms and AI-supported workflows.
- Apply concurrency design patterns and optimize backend systems to enhance overall performance.
- Create, optimize, and debug SQL queries, while contributing to the data modeling efforts ensuring data reliability.
- Investigate system issues through debugging and troubleshooting, ensuring stability and maintainability over time.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in developing frontend applications primarily using React; experience with Next.js and TypeScript is advantageous.
- Proven background in building backend services with Python, ideally with FastAPI or comparable frameworks.
- Strong grasp of Python programming fundamentals including asynchronous programming and performance enhancements.
- Proficient knowledge of SQL query writing and debugging.
- Solid understanding of frontend principles and capability to develop clean, maintainable UI components, preferably using Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks.
