Position Overview
This role is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee manages all employment-related decisions and processes. If hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
About the Role
As a General Manager, you will oversee the managerial functions of a busy McDonald’s restaurant based in Corinth, MS. The position demands leadership to maintain high standards in quality, service, and cleanliness while driving the restaurant’s profitability and growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure the restaurant meets critical McDonald’s customer standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
- Lead and support Department Managers by assisting with their individual goals, monitoring progress, and coaching to boost department performance.
- Hire, develop, and mentor Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team prepared for future challenges.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations is strongly preferred.
- Background in quick service restaurants is highly desired; alternatively, experience in hospitality or retail may be relevant.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position.
