About the Role
Join a leading global digital services organization to own and deliver complete GenAI and agentic AI modules. This position involves making key architectural design decisions, establishing best practices, and mentoring junior-level engineers. The role focuses on cutting-edge AI solutions, incorporating cloud integration and advanced workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-level generative AI systems with robust architectures.
- Manage AWS Bedrock integrations, including model selection, knowledge base development, guardrails, and cost control mechanisms.
- Develop agentic AI systems with features such as task planning, memory utilization, retries, and state management.
- Lead the development of LangGraph workflows including conditional routing, interrupt handling, and human-in-the-loop processes.
- Establish strategies for evaluation, monitoring, observability, and cost optimization of AI systems.
- Drive continuous integration and deployment practices, including the use of Docker, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security protocols.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and actively participate in design reviews to improve technical quality.
Required Skills and Experience
- Expertise in Python programming with asynchronous patterns, multiprocessing, profiling, performance optimization, and clean, testable project structure.
- Proficiency with AWS Bedrock, including model management, streaming, tool integration, guardrails, and scalable knowledge base design.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts such as task decomposition, multi-agent workflows, long-running processes, evaluation, grounding, hallucination control, cost, latency, and success criteria.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph technologies, including node and edge management, interrupt patterns, LCEL, agents, evaluators, persistent state management, resumability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
- Strong background in DevOps practices including Docker multi-stage builds, CI/CD pipeline ownership, Terraform infrastructure management, secrets handling, and security scanning tools (SAST/DAST).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with production-level Retrival-Augmented Generation (RAG) optimization.
- Experience with Responsible AI and implementing guardrails for safe AI deployment.
- Skills in drift detection and monitoring of AI models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, ownership mindset, and capability to mentor technical teams.
