Programme Overview
This comprehensive two-year graduate initiative aims to cultivate proficient Electrical Engineers who prioritize safety and possess strong technical, project management, and professional capabilities. Participants will engage in three rotations, each lasting approximately eight months, covering key disciplines including Commissioning, Design, and Project Delivery, thereby acquiring practical experience on active projects.
Structure and Objectives
- Rotation 1 – Commissioning: Focus on developing acute site awareness, leadership in safety, and hands-on familiarity with electrical systems commissioning workflows and protocols.
- Rotation 2 – Design: Emphasis on enhancing core electrical design skills alongside a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Rotation 3 – Projects: Gain insight into comprehensive project delivery processes, including coordination efforts and understanding commercial aspects driving projects.
