Key Responsibilities

• Engage in rotational training programs covering production, quality assurance, maintenance, and process engineering to develop a broad understanding of steel plant operations.
• Assist in monitoring production workflows to detect opportunities for boosting efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Help enforce safety measures and maintain adherence to environmental and workplace safety norms.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and resolve operational challenges through problem-solving efforts.
• Compile comprehensive reports on process parameters, equipment status, and quality statistics.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities including workshops and on-the-job training sessions.
• Support initiatives to improve processes aimed at enhancing production yield and product quality.
• Assist in planning and carrying out maintenance activities to reduce downtime and maximize machinery performance.
