About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Graphics and Content Creative Designer to join our client's team in North Sydney. This full-time position demands a creative storyteller passionate about content creation, design, and social media engagement. The role encompasses producing a variety of campaign assets, managing social media content, creating short-form videos, and overseeing brand communications across multiple digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design captivating content for digital, social media, and printed materials.
• Manage and curate content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging social channels.
• Create engaging short-form video content, including reels and social-first visual media.
• Craft campaign collateral, marketing assets, and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Uphold a cohesive and modern visual identity aligned with contemporary trends and brand values.
• Support initiatives aimed at growing the audience, enhancing engagement, and boosting brand recognition.
• Develop content for both internal communications and external outreach.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, brainstorming, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, spotting new opportunities in content, design, and social media strategies.
• Ensure all materials are aligned with the organization's branding and communication goals.

Experience and Skills Required

• Demonstrated expertise in visual design, with an excellent eye for typography, layout, and narrative style.
• Proven experience producing content across diverse digital and social platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative software.
• Experience in creating social media and short-form video content that resonates with audiences.
• Deep understanding of different social media platforms and their best practices.
• Familiarity with, or enthusiasm for, using AI-driven tools to support creative workflows.
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects independently and efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• A portfolio showcasing a breadth of graphic design, digital content, and social media creative work.
